I had my first yoga lesson today at the gym. My whole body is feeling the combination of total relaxation and extreme physical pain ahhaha. The instructor was stretching me like hell, I felt like being ripped apart. 

I wonder how many more lessons I have to do til I reach the point where when I stretch it doesn’t hurt.

I love yoga though, I don’t know why exactly yet but I just know I love it.
